We are seeking a talented Cloud Security Architect to join our team at Jobleads-US. As a key member of our Information Security Office, you will be responsible for helping us secure modern computing platforms and pushing the envelope in Information Security.

In this position, you will work closely with various teams across Capital One to innovate and collaborate on projects that align with our security goals. You will have the opportunity to work on Cloud Service technologies like Storage Services, Security and Access Control Management, Container Services, and API Implementation and Management.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Secure modern computing platforms using Cloud Service technologies like Storage Services, Security and Access Control Management, Container Services, and API Implementation and Management">
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams on Information Security assessments, covering Infrastructure Security, Resiliency, Data Security, Network Architecture and Design, and User Access Management">
  • Provide expertise on Capital One's Information Security capabilities, solutions, policies, procedures, and standards">
  • Enhance cyber risk management processes across Capital One by providing thought leadership, oversight, and coordination with other risk management functions across the company">
  • Drive project and program delivery, including project and process management, reporting, engagement in senior leadership meetings, drafting and reviewing materials for senior management and the Board of directors, and other governance activities">
  • Support special Information Security hot topics for the organization">

Requirements:

">
  • ">
  • Demonstrated leader with team-oriented interpersonal skills and the ability to interface effectively with a broad range of people and roles, including upper management, IT leaders, and technology vendors">
  • At least 1 year of experience performing security risk assessments and security architecture reviews">
  • At least 1 year of experience with architecture, software design, networking, and cloud infrastructure">
  • ~2+ years of experience with Software Security Architecture, Application Security, Threat Modeling, Penetration Testing, or Vulnerability Management">
  • ~2+ years of experience in securing a public cloud environment and building software utilizing public cloud">
  • ~2+ years of experience with Cloud patch management practices such as system rehydration or image management">
  • ~1+ years of experience utilizing Agile methodologies">
  • ~1+ years of experience with Splunk-Fu and Enterprise Monitoring">
  • ~1+ years of experience in a Financial services industry">
  • ~AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification">
