Job Summary:

The Server at Bass Pro Shops is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation meet our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service industry an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods.
