Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist. As a key member of our educational services team, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress, highlighting areas of strength and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • A valid Mississippi State SLP License is required, and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
