Youth Soccer Coach

Soccer Shots is seeking a part-time Youth Soccer Coach to join our team in the Greater Cleveland Area. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading engaging and fun soccer sessions for children aged 2-8, focusing on character development and skill building.

• Lead 30-40 minute soccer sessions, following our expert-approved curriculum and ensuring the safety and well-being of every child.
• Communicate effectively with parents, partners, and team members, providing exceptional customer service and ongoing communication.
• Manage and direct all duties related to the operation of a Soccer Shots session, including preparation, coaching, and communication/administration tasks.

• Passion for positively impacting children and a commitment to character development.
• Ability to engage and inspire children, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, with the possibility of up to 20 sessions per week.
• Availability to work weekday mornings, weekday evenings, and Saturday mornings and afternoons.

• A competitive hourly rate of $26 per session.
