**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations
  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms, ensuring that they are tidy and well-maintained
  • Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms
  • Clean and organize the housekeeping cart, ensuring that it is fully stocked and ready for use
  • Self-inspect rooms and turn in room status reports to supervisors, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Practice safety standards at all times, ensuring that the property is safe for guests and fellow associates
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management

**Requirements**

  • Guest focus and customer service skills, with a strong ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations
  • Reliability and dependability, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
  • Motivation and initiative to be a high-performing team member
  • Attention to detail, with a strong ability to inspect and report on room status
  • Cleaning experience of 1 year or more, although not required
  • A certification sign-off after completing training
  • The ability to lift, carry, or otherwise move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally
  • The ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time, with flexibility to work long hours as needed
