Java Developer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale Java applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality Java code using Java 1.8 and Spring Framework
  • Design and implement multi-threaded applications using Java collections and synchronization
  • Work with Java UI technologies such as HTML5, Angular JS, and Bootstrap
  • Implement caching mechanisms using Hazelcast, Gemfire, and Coherence
  • Develop RESTful services using Spring Boot and JPA/Hibernate
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement Agile software development methodologies

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in Java application development
  • Pure hands-on core Java development experience
  • Hands-on experience in multi-threading, synchronization, collections, Java streams, and JDBC
  • 5+ years of experience in Java UI technologies
  • 5+ years of experience in caching products
  • Knowledge of Java profiling tools
  • Experience working with Spring, Spring Boot, and MyBatis
  • Knowledge of cloud computing or distributed computing
  • Software development experience in Agile environment

Preferred Skills:

  • JavaScript Frameworks - AngularJS or ReactJS
  • CSS frameworks like Bootstrap
  • Unix shell scripting
