Key Responsibilities
  • Provide reference services through LibAnswers, chat, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Search for bibliographic data and scientific publications in research databases and organize search results using citation managers.
  • Process document delivery and ILL borrowing requests, maintaining records in accordance with federal regulations.
  • Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft 365 and other online tools.
  • Engage in onsite projects and tasks, including collection management and circulation.
  • Participate in Enterprise Library working groups as time permits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization from an accredited college or university.
  • One year of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in oral and written communications, writing and editing, and problem-solving.
