About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Autism Therapist to join our team at BACA. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self-help skills through applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in a center-based setting
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor and record client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive treatment approach
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
