Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management

  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all property systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
    • Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of property systems.
  • Capital Projects and Budgeting

    • Ensure that all capital projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communication and Customer Service

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as facilities management or construction management.
    • 7+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
