Construction Worker

We are seeking a reliable Construction Worker to join our team at Ari Construction & Masonry, LLC.

Job Summary:

This role involves supporting construction operations through manual labor tasks, including maintaining a clean work environment, providing assistance to tradespeople, and operating power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Providing assistance to tradespeople and transporting materials/equipment.
• Operating power tools and industrial equipment.
• Setting up cones and warning signs.
• Constructing, transferring, and tearing down temporary structures.
• Reporting unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair.

Requirements:

• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

$42,000 - $52,000 per annum, based on experience. Competitive pay package with flexible schedule and select benefits.
