Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to join our team at Clark Regional Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration and clinical treatments
  • Document patient care given and monitor patient condition
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and nutrition
  • Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care and provide patient education
  • Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Active nursing license in the state of Kentucky or compact licensure
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 10 days of hire
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within 1 year of completion of orientation
