Job Description

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive sales, open and close the store, and assist staff in reaching and exceeding goals. As a key member of our store management team, you will provide exceptional customer service, achieve personal sales goals, and develop a complete knowledge of our merchandise.

  • Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to support sales growth.
  • Capture all CRM data in accordance with Company guidelines.
  • Establish rapport with actual or potential customers.
  • Merchandise product in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $17.00 per hour plus commission on sales. Our employees enjoy a competitive compensation package, employee discount, time off, and benefit package.
