We are seeking a skilled Delivery Associate to join our team at Domino's Franchise. As a key member of our delivery staff, you will be responsible for delivering pizzas and other items to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You must be able to navigate through various terrains, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making deliveries of pizza and other items to residential and commercial locations on assigned routes.
  • Inspecting vehicles before deliveries.
  • Reviewing deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
  • Communicating clearly and positively with management and team members.
  • Providing excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers, delivering professionally and promptly.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with store and dispatcher to prioritize efficient routing.
  • Handling currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
  • Following procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation.
  • Building loyal customers through friendly interactions and consistent appreciation.
  • Resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Taking initiative to find extra tasks when scheduled duties are complete.
  • Assembling and folding boxes. Affixing labels and promotional materials as needed.
  • Assisting with prep.
  • Cleaning, stocking, and restocking work stations and display cases.
  • Adhering to all quality standards, principles, guidelines, and policies.

  • Working with manager and management to solve problems, providing suggestions as needed.
  • Maintaining clean and organized work area, taking ownership of surroundings.
  • Maintaining appropriate confidentiality in information.

Requirements:

  • Being capable of reading a map, locating addresses, and interpreting Global Positioning System (GPS) directions within designated delivery area.
  • Navigating adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed in interactions with management and customers, take and process orders.
  • Superb ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
