Key Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose patients with mental health conditions, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage medications, as well as provide counseling and therapy to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and regulatory requirements in psychiatric nursing.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification.
- Experience working in psychiatric nursing, preferably in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
