Automotive Biller

Generation Auto Group is seeking a highly detail-oriented and team-oriented Automotive Biller to join our team. As an Automotive Biller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by handling various tasks related to billing, inventory management, and customer service.

• Billing and Invoicing: Accurately process and manage billing for new and used car deliveries, wholesales swaps, and other transactions.
• Inventory Management: Maintain and update inventory records, including stock levels and car transactions.
• Document Preparation: Prepare and process all necessary documents, including sales tax, title registration, and NYS License plates.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers.
• Office Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other office duties as needed.

• Detail-Oriented: Must be highly detail-oriented and able to accurately process and manage various tasks.
