Key Responsibilities -
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, leveraging skills in business management, financial oversight, and analytical thinking. This role involves collaboration with both internal teams and external partners, facilitating cross-departmental coordination.

  • Monitor contractor performance in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Act as the primary liaison for government representatives and contractor personnel.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required, along with a minimum of ten years of experience in program management.

Core Duties -

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project timeline to track progress.
  • Generate weekly updates for stakeholders and project teams.
  • Utilize verification methods to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Lead a team in managing projects across various sectors, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, providing training, and adhering to industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a Science-related field

• Proven experience in IT project management

• Strong technical foundation in software development and web technologies

• Excellent communication skills for both clients and internal teams

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong organizational capabilities

• PMP certification is a plus

Successful candidates must pass a background check.
