Senior Care Nurse

Erickson Living is seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Nurse to join our team at Eagle's Trace in West Houston, Texas. As a Senior Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and wellbeing of our residents by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and care associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate comprehensive care plans to meet the clinical and care needs of residents
- Provide physical and psychosocial support to residents and families
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor and report changes in resident status to ensure patient comfort and safety
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Texas
- Minimum 6 months experience as an RN
- Experience in caring for seniors or seniors with cognitive impairment preferred
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
