We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Mille Lacs Health System. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of imaging procedures, including CT scans, fluoroscopies, and X-rays, to assist medical staff in diagnosing diseases and injuries.
- Position patients properly to obtain diagnostic images and adhere to ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure.
- Communicate effectively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis.
- Document patient information and exam results in our electronic medical record system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and modalities to provide optimal patient care.
- Graduate of an ARRT-recognized two-year technical program with a certificate of completion or equivalent outside study.
- Current Radiology license in the state of MN by the ARRT.
- Current BLS certification or eligible for BLS renewal.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- One to two years of experience as a Radiologic Technician in a hospital setting.
- CT experience preferred.
