Job Title: Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist

Go Healthcare is seeking a skilled Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Fort Myers, Florida.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the performance of interventional radiology procedures, including angioplasty, stenting, and embolization.
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and fluoroscopy units, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the procedure, positioning the patient, and administering contrast media.
  • Monitor patients during procedures and provide emergency care as needed.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
  • At least 2 years of experience in interventional radiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
