About the Job:

PrideStaff is hiring a skilled Hand Bindery Specialist to join their team in the Biloxi area. This position involves assembling products using various hand operations and ensuring high-quality output.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Following instructions to determine the type of assembly required.
  • Inspecting products at different stages to identify any issues.
  • Using small hand tools to assemble products efficiently and accurately.
  • Collating finished products to meet production demands.
  • Operating hand-finishing equipment to enhance product quality.
  • Ensuring that all finished products are packaged correctly.
  • Transporting materials using hand trucks to support production.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Essential Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to use small hand tools effectively.
  • Safety and ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
