We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Midwest Auto Auction. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing vehicle loans, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Process vehicle loans and title work in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area and office supplies
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
