About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Pediatric LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to acutely ill and chronically ill patients, while also documenting patient visits thoroughly and communicating effectively with healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice, as defined by state laws governing the practice of nursing.
  • Document patient visits thoroughly and completely per regulatory and payer requirements in the electronic medical record.
  • Actively participate in the agency's care coordination process, including timely reporting of patient needs and changes in condition.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong patient management and documentation skills.
  • The ability to work harmoniously with a wide variety of people and all levels of staff.
