The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, tile work, electrical, and drywall. They will be able to troubleshoot problems efficiently and effectively, and possess excellent communication skills to interact with management, schedulers, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.

The ideal candidate will also have a clean-cut appearance, a decent-looking vehicle, and organized tools. They will be punctual, efficient, and maintain the highest integrity, striving for top customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will be able to identify potential repair opportunities and communicate them to customers, earning their trust and confidence.
