Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of prepared foods associates to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Assist the team leader in analyzing sales data, reports, and labor to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the team leader to resolve team concerns, address customer complaints, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assume responsibility for the department in the absence of the team leader, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory and safety policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve operations.
Requirements
  • 18+ months retail team member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications.
Working Conditions
  • Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and temperatures up to 90°F.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to use tools and equipment, including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
