ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Execute clinical assessments aimed at enhancing patient care outcomes.
  • Lead and engage in performance improvement initiatives to facilitate clinical practice transformation.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of evidence-based care standards.
  • Extract, document, and report data from medical records for Quality Initiative Programs.
  • Leverage appropriate resources (software vendors, information service support, etc.) to ensure timely data submission to regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct reviews and analyses of electronic clinical quality metrics.
  • Deliver education and reports to healthcare providers, frontline staff, and other relevant personnel to foster continuous quality enhancement.
  • Collaborate with various system facilities and departments regarding quality reporting and analytical processes.
  • Engage in peer review activities, which may encompass medical record evaluations, committee support, and correspondence.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of work products as mandated.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree - Mandatory
  • Master's Degree - Preferred
  • 7 Years of Clinical Experience - Mandatory
  • 3 Years of Quality Experience - Mandatory
  • Registered Nurse (RN) - Mandatory
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Minimal travel expected.
