Job Title: Radiology Technologist Position

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Summit Medical Staffing Allied. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures and providing exceptional patient care.

Job Summary:
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities, including X-ray, CT, and MRI
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explain procedures, and position patients for optimal imaging
  • Operate imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of imaging protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
Work Environment:

This is a travel position, and you will be working in a hospital setting. You will be required to work a 36-hour week, with 3 x 12-hour shifts. You will also be required to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
