Join Our Neuro/Stroke Team

Competitive Sign-On Bonuses

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for graduate nurses and up to $20,000 for experienced RNs. Additionally, we provide up to 80 hours of PTO frontloading for full-time experienced RNs and up to $7,000 in relocation assistance for full-time employees.

About Our Neuro/Stroke Unit

Specialized Care

Our 6C Neuro/Stroke Center is a specialized unit that provides care for patients with neurological conditions, including strokes, seizures, and brain tumors. Our team works closely with patients and their families to provide individualized care and support.

  • Eligibility: Experienced RNs are eligible to apply.
  • Skills Development: Our program helps build time management, communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
  • Career Advancement: Prepare for success in the specialty area of your choice and develop critical thinking and expand your skill set as you specialize.
  • Core Skills Development: Develop and strengthen fundamental, core skills.

Available Career Paths

We offer career paths in the Neuro/Stroke Center 6C and opportunities to transfer to other units, including Neuro Trauma ICU 4E, Surgical ICU 3E, and Medical ICU 6A, within 12-18 months.

Requirements

  • Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school.
  • License: RN license in our state (must obtain within 90 days of graduation date).
  • Certifications: Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or completion of a course within the probation period.
  • Licensure: Eligibility to take the board of nursing exam.
  • Other: Working conditions, mental and physical requirements, and equipment used.
