We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to become part of our dedicated nursing staff.
Available Positions: Full Time, Part Time, and PRN
Shifts: Currently hiring for the 3pm-11pm shift.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Aide Training Program
- Experience in independent decision-making roles
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a CNA, your duties will include:
- Participating in resident reports at the beginning and end of your shift.
- Delivering personal and nursing care in line with the resident care plan.
- Facilitating and engaging in resident activities.
- Monitoring and responding to resident needs with dignity and respect.
- Maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for residents.
- Assisting residents in preparing for various activities.
- Ensuring that all care is provided respectfully and compassionately.
- Performing essential nursing care tasks as required.
- Creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents, ensuring their needs are met.
- Timely and compassionate food service for residents.
- Keeping accurate documentation of daily living activities and resident-specific forms.
- Adhering to established policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Participating in training and educational programs to maintain certification and enhance care quality.
- Performing additional related tasks as assigned.
