Concrete Supervisor

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Concrete Foreman to oversee our concrete construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in concrete construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination:
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Crew Supervision:
• Supervise a team of concrete laborers, form setters, and/or finishers
• Quality Control:
• Evaluate and ensure that all work meets quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a concrete construction foreman
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and maps
• Demonstrate proficiency in basic mathematics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

We offer a competitive salary ($65,000 - $85,000 per year) and a comprehensive benefits package.
