Job Summary

The Construction Foreman is a key member of our Exscape Designs, L.L.C. team, responsible for overseeing the installation of hardscapes and ensuring the successful completion of outdoor projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction techniques, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of 2-3 crew members to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Coordinate with sales and management personnel to determine project scope and plan equipment and material needs
  • Understand blueprints and landscape plans to complete project layouts and installations
  • Manage budgets and track time for each job, including material costs and crew member time sheets
  • Perform opening and closing duties, and participate in snow operations as needed
Requirements
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds and work in adverse field conditions
  • Knowledge of proper equipment and tool safety
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide written and oral instructions
  • Prior supervisory experience and ability to meet attendance schedule
