Your Role:

As an Autism Therapist with BlueSprig, you will play a vital role in providing ABA therapy services to clients in a center-based or home-based setting. You will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, teach new skills and behaviors, and monitor client progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism
  • Teach clients new skills and behaviors through positive reinforcement techniques
  • Collect and analyze data to measure client progress
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve treatment goals
