- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in program management, with a Master's degree or 7-10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or greater than 10 years of experience with an applicable advanced certification.
- Active Top Secret clearance is required, with requirements including US Citizenship and a security investigation.
