As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clients.
Job Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- ACLS and BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemetry nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
