Pharmacy Director

About the Role

• As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy department.
• You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and service.
• Your primary goal will be to drive sales and profit growth in the pharmacy and OTC areas by effectively managing inventory levels, pricing, and merchandising strategies.
• You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary and Benefits

• We offer an annual salary range of $112,000.00-$197,000.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
• In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for performance bonuses and other incentives.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required, along with a valid pharmacy license.
• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail pharmacy setting, is highly desirable.
• You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
