Position Overview:
Centers Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Supervisor to oversee our nursing unit. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents while fostering a supportive environment for our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage all operations within the assigned unit.
2. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to enhance care quality.
3. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior nursing staff, offering both clinical and career development support.
4. Uphold and maintain the standards of care within the unit.
5. Conduct reviews of resident records and assess the quality of care provided.
6. Monitor the overall well-being of residents and evaluate individual care plans.
7. Address and resolve any concerns or complaints raised by residents or their families.
8. Advocate for the unit's needs and interests to upper management.

Qualifications:
- Valid state LPN License is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience is desirable.
- Proficient computer skills are essential.
- Strong communication abilities are necessary for effective interaction with staff, residents, and families.
