As a full-time Representative, you will provide exceptional customer support and service to our valued clients across the United States, addressing their inquiries, orders, and concerns efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

This position requires a strong background in customer-facing roles, preferably within sales-oriented environments, combined with excellent organizational and time management skills. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding promptly and professionally to their inquiries via phone, email, and chat, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions. Key responsibilities include solving customer inquiries about price, delivery, and part specifications, entering orders and return authorizations, and developing working relationships with departments across the company.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience serving customers via phone and email, proven experience in a customer service or support role, knowledge and competence in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. The estimated annual salary for this position is $57,500 - $67,500, considering your level of experience and qualifications.
