Speech-Language Pathologist Position Available

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Kirkwood, MO. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their communication goals.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position available for the school year. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid Missouri state license. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a school setting is preferred, but enthusiastic candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech and language disorders.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify students' needs and create effective treatment plans.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to improve communication skills.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, student progress, and outcomes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
