Job Responsibilities
  • Patient-Centered Care: Delivering patient-centered care by obtaining detailed patient histories that prioritize the unique developmental stages and health needs of children.
  • Empower Patient Wellness: Champion pediatric patient success by providing compassionate guidance through examinations, treatments, and consultations designed to ensure child comfort and confidence.
  • Facilitate Coordination and Communication: Serving as a primary point of contact for pediatric patients and their families, facilitate clear communication to ensure continuity of care.
  • Excellence in Clinical Practice: Conduct and interpret pediatric-specific diagnostic tests and screenings accurately to aid in timely diagnoses and treatments.
  • Maintain Clinical Standards: Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness and safety in pediatric examination rooms and procedural areas.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing.
  • Licensed/Registered in New York State as an LPN.
  • CPR Certification required.
  • Strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
