Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Welding Inspector to join our team at Lloyd Richards Personnel. As a Quality Control Welding Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products by conducting inspections and tests to verify compliance with established quality plans, engineering specifications, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out inspection and test activities to verify that the specified requirements for the product have been met.
  • Perform dimensional and visual inspection and/or testing of materials and products to determine compliance.
  • Record the results, which provide evidence that the product has been inspected and/or tested.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Working knowledge of Nondestructive Examinations, Heat Treating, Paint and Protective Coatings.
  • Experience in an ISO 9001 environment is preferred.
  • Non-Destructive Testing Certification is preferred.
  • Ultrasonic Testing Inspector must have prior Level II experience.
