Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our team. This position offers a flexible schedule, working 24 hours per week.
  • Clinic Hours: Monday-Sunday 8 AM - 8 PM

Key Responsibilities
$9000 Sign-On Bonus Available
Paid in full after 30 days of employment
As a Radiologic Technologist, your essential duties will include:
  • Evaluating patients and their capacity to undergo prescribed procedures.
  • Providing thorough explanations of procedures, including duration, process, and post-procedure expectations.
  • Delivering patient education as necessary.
  • Securing patient consent for care while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Selecting appropriate equipment, adjusting technical factors, and preparing necessary supplies prior to procedures.
  • Adhering to all radiation safety protocols, including "Image Gently" and "Image Wisely" initiatives.
  • Maintaining compliance with radiation protection guidelines, including the use of lead protection when necessary.
  • Collecting comprehensive patient histories and documenting this information for future reference.
  • Conducting quality assessments of obtained images and addressing any equipment concerns as needed.
  • Performing required quality tests on imaging equipment.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • ARRT Board Certification in Radiology
  • Possession of a valid Medical Radiography or General Radiology Technologist Permit to Practice license in the applicable state

Compensation
