We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis.

In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Finance and Accounting, providing critical analytics and insights essential to Empire's success.

Your responsibilities will encompass market and financial analysis, report preparation for land acquisition projects, budgeting, forecasting, and overall profitability assessment.

This position is dynamic, offering high visibility and significant growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with executive stakeholders to develop competitive market analysis and financial packages for land acquisitions.
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, including analysis and modeling.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the market, including competition, housing types/sizes, pricing, and sales trends.
Evaluate historical results, conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and propose improvement recommendations.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate Development, or a related field is preferred.
5+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
Strong knowledge of the housing market, trends, and analysis techniques.
