NYU Langone Health is seeking a skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the advancement of our healthcare system.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to pediatric patients, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of pediatric patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our healthcare team
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Stay current with the latest medical advancements and best practices in pediatric care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current NYS Registered Nurse License and NYS Nurse Practitioner License
  • Current certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in pediatric nursing or a related field
  • Basic Life Support Certification

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for this role is $69.82 - $85.46 per hour. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
