We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at PMR Healthcare.

About the Role:

  • Patient Interaction: Provide exceptional patient care by warmly greeting patients, managing check-ins and check-outs, and handling inquiries both in person and over the phone.
  • Preparation: Ensure patients are prepared for their visits by escorting them to labs or examination rooms, and setting up necessary equipment.
  • Verification & Support: Confirm patient information, take vital signs, and assist healthcare providers during exams.
  • Hands-On Care: Perform basic lab tests, administer medications, take blood samples, and more—all while ensuring a smooth and safe patient experience.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, follow safety procedures, and stay updated with your certifications and professional knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Credentials: Certified Medical Assistant with 2-3 years of experience, including 2 years of phlebotomy.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records, and front office tasks.
  • Attributes: Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and professional environment.
