Rehabilitation Program Manager

The Rehabilitation Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the PRP. This includes providing group facilitation services, mental health support, and rehabilitation services to children and adults referred for services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals served by the program.
- Provide oversight and supervision to direct care staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with team members, including therapists and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care is provided to clients.
- Conduct face-to-face screenings for newly referred consumers and enter authorizations for consumer participation in programs.
- Assist with hiring direct care staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Link individuals to community resources and peer supports to promote community integration.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including TX plans, progress notes, and initial assessments.
Required Qualifications:
- Mastery of rehabilitation techniques and strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing healthcare services.
