Slopeside Attendant

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills? We're seeking a skilled Slopeside Attendant to join our team at Vail Resorts

• Provide top-notch service to our members, answering questions and resolving issues related to the My Epic Gear membership program
• Operate hand-held tablets to manage slopeside software and ensure seamless gear delivery
• Set up and tear down slopeside tents, racking, and collateral, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Organize gear physically and electronically to ensure prompt and accurate delivery to members
• Transport skis and snowboards from delivery vans, member services, and tune shops

• Ability to work as part of a team or independently, with a keen sense of adaptability and flexibility
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to lift 50 lbs. and move large rolling racks of skis and snowboards safely
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
