Mechanical Systems Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and improving mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing mechanical components and systems using various software and standards.
• Collaborating with manufacturing and production teams to optimize designs for manufacturability.
• Utilizing a thorough understanding of pipe support components and their functionality in analysis work.
• Preparing technical documentation, including design specifications and design reports.
• Staying current with industry trends and advancements to enhance product development.

Requirements include:

• An Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in mechanical design and analysis (2+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in CAD software (Creo, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Working knowledge of industry codes and standards, including ASME B31.1, B31.3, and ASME Sect III.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
