Occupational Therapist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Avante at Inverness, Inc. This is a vital role in a skilled nursing facility with a positive community reputation, a history of successful outcomes, and an experienced cohesive team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provides and directs occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication.
- Functions under physicians' orders.
- Develops and implements individualized treatment plans to enhance residents' functional abilities.
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Successful completion of National Certification Examination for O.T.R.
- Current state licensure or license eligible.
- 0-3 years of long-term care experience.
