RTV Clerk

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented RTV Clerk to join our team at Costco Wholesale Corp. As an RTV Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our return-to-vendor process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect damaged, deleted, and defective goods to accurately identify items for return to vendor inventory
• Obtain vendor return authorization for items, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Process shipments to vendors, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems
