About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Medical Malpractice group, a defense trial practice representing hospitals and medical professionals in professional liability/medical malpractice lawsuits.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct depositions and defend against them.
  • Manage written discovery and research.
  • Draft pleadings and motions.
  • Participate in trial preparation.
  • Represent clients in court.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in medical malpractice litigation.
  • Second chair experience is preferred.
  • Trial experience in personal injury or products liability areas is beneficial.
  • Excellent skills in written and oral communication, legal and factual analysis, as well as negotiation and advocacy.
  • An interest in developing business and expanding the current practice.
