Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Coordinator to join our Front Desk Team at The Wellness Spa.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, educating guests on spa services, and selling retail products and gift cards.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be proficient in handling cash and credit transactions, and possess efficient computer skills.

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including dental, vision, and retirement plan.

Other benefits include a free Salt Spa membership, discounts on spa services and retail, paid training and meetings, and free spa services and promotional prizes.

We are looking for a team player who is available to work varying shifts throughout the week and at least 2 Saturdays per month.

Once your shift schedule is established, you will be on a regular weekly schedule, allowing you to plan your work-life balance in a healthy way.
